MEET THE TEAM

Jason is an experienced Mortgage & Protection adviser working towards becoming a Financial Planner in 2024. Jason started working in the finance industry in 2005 and in 2007 setup his own company. Jason has a passion of advising clients on financial solutions to get their goals, always looking at the bigger picture of timelines of clients’ needs objectives.

In his free time, Jason enjoys cycling off road in gravel events in 2023 went back racing in UCI gravel events, spending time with his wife or going to car shows with his son, Bailey.  

Darren is an experienced Independent Financial Planner working in the finance industry since 2015 where he previously served in The British Army as an Unmanned Air Systems Pilot. Darren specialises in financial planning, investment management, and estate planning. He is passionate about helping his clients achieve their financial goals and aspirations, and has a proven track record of success using the management skills gained from his time in the forces. 

In his free time, Darren enjoys hiking and spending time with his wife and two children, playing rugby and supporting a children’s charity (Wooden Spoon).

Peter is our new Mortgage and Protection advisor - helping clients with their residential and BTL mortgage needs.

Previously he trained as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young LLP and developed a residential buy-to-let portfolio in London.  

He is committed to delivering the best possible outcome for his clients and takes great pride in helping others reach their personal and property related goals.  

Outside of work Peter is a keen runner and outdoors enthusiast, spending many a weekend in the Purbecks.

Sarah loves her role as a Mortgage Adviser, combining her passion for numbers, property, and people to help clients navigate the mortgage process with clarity and confidence. CeMAP qualified, she supports first-time buyers, home movers, those remortgaging, and clients looking to grow their Buy-to-Let portfolios.

Known for her warm and friendly approach, Sarah aims to make the process simple and hassle-free. She is passionate about creating a supportive, approachable experience for all clients — particularly women navigating mortgages or property investment for the first time — and enjoys championing other women in business. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, travelling with her family, and supporting others in their wellbeing journeys.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in property investment, Nic brings real-world insight to his role as a Mortgage Adviser. Having built and managed his own portfolio — including buy-to-lets and HMOs — he understands the practical and financial realities of property ownership, not just the theory.

Whether you're a first-time buyer, remortgaging, or growing an investment portfolio, Nic provides clear, straightforward advice tailored to your goals. Approachable and supportive, he is committed to making the mortgage process simple and stress-free.  In his spare time Nic enjoys travelling with his family and keeping fit.
